Our History
From the Owner:
My name is Luis Santiago Jr. Born and raised in Philadelphia
I always had a dream of becoming a great disc jockey. When I was young kid my father would have house parties for our family and friends in the basement of our home in north Philadelphia. He would play all kinds of music from Disco, R&B to Salsa.
At the age of five, I was exposed to this party lifestyle when my father took me to one of his events, so I could watch him perform. All the people were dancing and having fun to the records my father was playing.
I really enjoyed watching my father's performance as well as the lively atmosphere of the party. At that moment, I knew what I wanted to do when I grew up;
I wanted to be a disc jockey just like my father.
And not just any disc jockey...I wanted to be the best!
In 1988 at the age of 16, my father gave me my first set of turntables.
I was so excited and could not wait to practice with my new disc jockey equipment. The rest is history! I have been practicing and performing ever since.
